Clinical Exercise classes are great for those looking to improve posture and movement strategies, rehab an injury or general strength, flexibility and fitness (formally called Clinical Pilates). Three levels: Level 1 - Redo Restore, Level 2: Redo Rebuild and Level 3: Redo Refine.
Restore Your Core- A postnatal Clinical Exercise class for new mums > 3 months post-partum wanting to get back in to exercise in a safe a supervised setting. No scheduled class for Term 4.
Our Hatha Yogaclasses are great for those wanting to learn the yoga basics, take part in a small Yoga class setting to improve their mobility and let their daily stress go.
We offer bothYoga for Teensand Kids Yoga and Mindfulness classes for kids 5 up to 17 years of age. Kids classes are great for helping with emotional reactivity, socialising and working with others and getting out any pent up energy! Teens classes are great for teens 12-17 wanting to move more and also to manage the stress and anxiety of being a teenager!
Smarter Strength and Conditioning classes are for those wanting to take their strength to the next level. A small group setting working in a boutique style gym with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Qigong classes are a great new addition at Redo - for those wanting a gentler full body workout, let go of stress and get some peace of mind.
