Clinical Exercise classes are great for those looking to improve posture and movement strategies, rehab an injury or general strength, flexibility and fitness (formally called Clinical Pilates). Three levels: Level 1 - Redo Restore, Level 2: Redo Rebuild and Level 3: Redo Refine.
Restore Your Core- A postnatal Clinical Exercise class for new mums > 3 months post-partum wanting to get back in to exercise in a safe a supervised setting.
Our Hatha Yogaclasses are great for those wanting to learn the yoga basics, take part in a small Yoga class setting to improve their mobility and let their daily stress go.
We offer Yoga for Teens for those aged 12-17 wanting to move more and also to manage the stress and anxiety of being a teenager!
Smarter Strength and Conditioning classes are for those wanting to take their strength to the next level. A small group setting working in a boutique style gym with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Qigong classes are a great new addition at Redo - for those wanting a gentler full body workout, let go of stress and get some peace of mind.
