RedoHealth Online Weekly Class Membership: $35/week to attend as many classes as you would like.

 

Classes include:

Clinical Exercise or Group Physiotherapy Exercise classes are great for those looking to improve posture and movement strategies, rehab an injury or general strength, flexibility and fitness. Utlizes Pilates-based exercises. 

 

Three levels: Level 1 - Redo Restore, Level 2: Redo Rebuild and Level 3: Redo Refine. To participate in these classes you must complete an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

Stretch and Release classes are 30-minute stretch classes. Consists of a variety of yoga-based stretching, mobility and strengthening exercises. Suitable for all levels. Please note: This class is a pre-recorded class sent out with weekly class information and updates.

Our Slow Flow Yoga classes are great for those wanting to learn the yoga basics, take part in a small Yoga class setting to improve their mobility and let their daily stress go. 

Qigong classes are a great new addition at Redo - for those wanting a gentler full body workout, let go of stress and get some peace of mind.
