RedoHealth Online Weekly Class Membership: $30/week to attend as many classes as you would like.
Clinical Exercise or Group Physiotherapy Exercise classes are great for those looking to improve posture and movement strategies, rehab an injury or general strength, flexibility and fitness. Utlizes Pilates-based exercises.
Three levels: Level 1 - Redo Restore, Level 2: Redo Rebuild and Level 3: Redo Refine. To participate in these classes you must complete an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment.
Stretch and Release classes are 30-minute stretch classes. Consists of a variety of yoga-based stretching, mobility and strengthening exercises. Suitable for all levels.
Our Slow Flow Yoga classes are great for those wanting to learn the yoga basics, take part in a small Yoga class setting to improve their mobility and let their daily stress go.
Yoga & Meditation is a new 30-minute class. During this 30 minute meditation class students will be guided through gentle stretching movements, breathing techniques and meditation practices that will leave them feeling calm and grounded.
Qigong classes are a great new addition at Redo - for those wanting a gentler full body workout, let go of stress and get some peace of mind.
