🧘‍♀️Realign – A Hatha Yoga class: Wednesdays at 6:00PM
These classes will focus on postural alignment, building strength and cultivation of the breath

🧘‍♀️Reconnect – A Hatha yoga class: Fridays at 10:45AM and 4:00PM
These classes aim to enhance the movement of prana (life force) through the body with an emphasis on a flowing and meditative yoga sequence.

Term 2 2024 starts the week of April 8 and runs for 10 weeks

**Note: Janetta will be away June 6-27, so there will be no classes during that time.
