Adam, your Qigong instructor a certified trainer in the following Qigong series:

Shibashi, 8 pieces of brocade (Ba Duan Jin) and Guigen Qigong

The three distinct series are taught together and offer a practice that focus on the meditative and relaxing element of Qigong. Considered the most gentle forms of Qigong, they work to balance the Qi energy throughout the entire body to stimulate the natural self-healing properties.

8 Trigram Organ Qigong

An ancient series of standing movements and breathing techniques. A greater focus on gentle movements that seamlessly link from one movement to the next. The deeper movements relieve pressure throughout the muscular and skeletal systems and gently massage organs while cleansing meridian channels throughout the entire body.

5 Element Qigong

This series of Qigong is more dynamic in nature with deeper stretches, controlled breathing and postures. The series mimics 5 ancient animals: the dragon, the leopard, the tiger, the snake and the crane. Each form is connected to a different element, season, organ, emotion and targets specific organs and meridians in the body.
