Qigong classes


Take a break from the hustle and bustle of city living and study Qigong with Adam Wiltshire at RedoHealth. Qigong has similarities with Tai Chi and involves standing movements, breathing techniques and structured routines.


Qigong classes start the week of February 14, 2022 and run for 10 weeks.

Proof of double vaccination required as per NSW Health guidelines.


5 Elements Qigong Form Mondays at 6:00PM

Shibashi & Ba Duan Jin Qigong Form Wednesdays at 7:15PM



Qigong classes can relieve stress and soothe an anxious mind, leaving room for calmness, clarity, and joy.
