Qigong classes

Qigong consists of slow movements paired with controlled breathing. This has a meditative effect to:

Qigong has similarities with Tai Chi and involves standing movements, breathing techniques and structured routines.


Term 3 Dates: July 22 – September 28, 2024 (10-weeks)

2 classes:

Wednesdays 7:15PM – 5 Elements Qigong Form (stronger, requires good mobility in hips/knees)

Thursdays 7:15PM – Shibashi, Guigen And Ba Duan Jin Qigong Forms (gentler form)
