Qigong consists of slow movements paired with controlled breathing, creating a meditative effect to:
➡️ Learn the practice of Qigong with Adam Wiltshire. Similar to Tai Chi, these classes involve standing movements, breathing techniques, and structured routines.
Term 4A Dates: September 7 – October 19, 2026 (6-week Term)
Term 4B Dates: November 9 – December 18, 2026 (6-week Term)
Ideal for complete beginners and experienced students who are free from injury and have good mobility. This is a more active class with deeper stretching, stronger stances and a faster pace than Yin Qigong, making it a more physically demanding practice. Not suitable for those with current injuries, recovery needs or significant movement restrictions.
Suitable for all experience levels, including participants with injuries or reduced mobility. This class combines gentle Qigong with Tai Chi 10 Form, introducing traditional Tai Chi self-defence movements in a supportive learning environment. Tai Chi is taught as a martial art and is more complex and technical than Qigong.
Ideal for complete beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a slower, more meditative practice. Gentle, adaptable movements make this class suitable for all body types, including participants with injuries, recovery needs or mobility limitations.
For students who have completed at least three terms with Adam. This class practises full-length forms across a range of Qigong styles at an established level and is suitable only for participants without current injuries or movement restrictions.

Dynamic Qigong: Beginners or experienced students without injuries who want a more active class.
Tai Chi & Qigong: Anyone wanting to learn Tai Chi alongside gentle Qigong. Suitable for all mobility levels.
Yin Qigong: Beginners, injury recovery and anyone preferring a gentle, slower-paced practice.
