Anybody with an NDIS plan that includes funding under the ‘Improved Daily Living’ or ‘Improved Health and Wellbeing’ categories can access our NDIS services at RedoHealth. This includes people of all ages with any disability, including cardiovascular disease, chronic health conditions, and intellectual disabilities.

As this service is unique to NDIS participants, it is not available to people without NDIS funding and cannot be used for conditions such as sports injuries, acute musculoskeletal pain and injuries, and other health and wellness goals.

If you’re interested in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or other support for your circumstances outside of the NDIS, we offer many other allied health services, including classes. We also offer private health rebates for clients with private health coverage.

During your initial assessment, your exercise physiologist will review your health history, including any past and current injuries and health conditions, and discuss your goals to create a personalised exercise program.

Your exercises will be prescribed to ensure safe and optimal results, including appropriate intensity, duration, and frequency. Your exercise physiologist will provide guidance on proper form and technique and monitor progress throughout the exercise program.

They will also regularly monitor your exercise progress, make program adjustments as needed, and provide ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track. However, our assistance doesn’t begin and end with exercise! We also provide education on various aspects of health and well-being, including nutrition, injury prevention, pain management, and tips to maintain an active lifestyle.

Patrick comes from a bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training background and loves being in the gym. His high level of enthusiasm around weight training is what inspired him to become an Exercise Physiologist so that he could marry his two passions into one; exercise and helping people! Outside of the gym, Patrick also enjoys a range of sports including soccer, volleyball, golf, and many more.
