We are now offering Mobile Exercise Physiology services!

Exercise physiologists complete a thorough assessment of their client’s overall health to assist with:

  • An Exercise Physiologist visiting a patient’s home environment to assess, prescribe and deliver exercise-based treatment
  • Exercise Physiologists may use a range of equipment including but not limited to dumbbells, therabands, balance pads, etc.
  • 45-60 minute exercise sessions individualised to patient needs
  • Individuals who may be home bound by physical capabilities, transportation options or prefer to be in their own home!
  • Individuals who prefer one-on-one treatment
  • Individuals who may find exercise-based settings confronting
  • Deconditioning and loss of muscle mass
  • Osteoporosis: Naturally occurring loss of bone density and volume that increases in severity as we age.
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Physical & Intellectual Disabilities
  • Falls Prevention: Reducing the increasing risk of falls and frequently associated fractures and mortalities.
  • Cognitive Decline: The increasing presence of memory loss, forgetful behaviours and dementia related symptoms.
  • General Health and well-being: Programs to improve overall fitness, cardiovascular health, and reduce the risk of chronic disease onset.

What We Offer:

Our Exercise Physiologists will come directly to your home to provide individualised exercise-based treatment. We assess, prescribe, and guide you through personalised exercise sessions to meet your specific health needs.

Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, therabands, balance pads, and more, to enhance your experience.

Patrick comes from a bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training background and loves being in the gym. His high level of enthusiasm around weight training is what inspired him to become an Exercise Physiologist so that he could marry his two passions into one; exercise and helping people! Outside of the gym, Patrick also enjoys a range of sports including soccer, volleyball, golf, and many more.
