Jane love’s to be active, and with three young children and two dogs, there’s plenty of opportunities! She understands how frustrating it can be to be unable to move freely, and that is why Jane loves helping people move well and feel well.
Jane completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and has worked in Sydney and the UK. She was fortunate to assist on manual therapy courses for physiotherapists through Europe, the UK and in Sydney on her return. Working on the TV series “So you think you can Dance?” also combined her love of dance and rehabilitation.
She is passionate about Women’s Health and has completed post graduate courses in both pregnancy and post partum physiotherapy.
In 2015, she completed the ConnectTherapy™ Series with the world renowned Dr LJ Lee and assisted LJ Lee on the ConnectTherapy™ Series in 2017.
Jane’s Clinic Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Patrick comes from a bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training background and loves being in the gym. His high level of enthusiasm around weight training is what inspired him to become an Exercise Physiologist so that he could marry his two passions into one; exercise and helping people! Outside of the gym, Patrick also enjoys a range of sports including soccer, volleyball, golf, and many more.
I have a great love for the outdoors, fresh air and fresh food. I start the morning with exercise, meditation and a run with the dogs. My passion lies in helping people get back to doing the things they love to do.
I focus on the Why more than the What – Why did this injury occur?
