  • Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control. You workout to your level, different options are provided.
    The workout is usually demanding but doesn’t necessarily build up a sweat. There is a strong emphasis on technique and breath. During the exercises you should feel the muscles working hard. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted, evenly developed muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. Pilates can help with back pain and other weaknesses/injuries.

    REFORM - Mat Pilates class

    Great for those who want to learn and maintain using their core not only in Pilates but daily life.

    Using Pilates and functional exercises to help improve posture, strength, balance and movement patterns.

    A big focus on movement technique to ensure effective and efficient engagement of your postural muscles.

    REBOUND - Circuit Pilates class

    A circuit-style class where you move through 3 different circuits, each involving a series of exercises, which are repeated.

    For those wanting a total body workout with a little cardio. In the class you will utilize various pieces of small Pilates-style equipment.

    All classes will ensure a good abdominal and back workout, complete with cooldown and stretching.

    Meet Calli Butler, our in-house Pilates instructor

    Calli started off life as an ice skater at a young age, competing all over the UK, until a knee injury sidelined her.

    Over the years she has dealt with a variety of injuries personally and finds this has given her great insight into motivating people to improve the way in which they move, allowing them to improve their quality of life.

    Calli qualified as a Personal Trainer, running in her own business for many years. Feeling she was missing something to help her clients, she turned to Pilates which has helped her immensely refine her skills when it comes to helping people move and feel better!

    Calli enjoys spending time with her young son, singing, photography, crafting and upcycling furniture.
