The RedoHealth Difference in Physio Care
Rather than simply addressing the symptoms, RedoHealth helps uncover what’s getting in the way of your lifestyle. Our broader approach supports full-body strength and more confident movement.
Through innovative approaches like ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™, we look at your whole body to find what’s really behind your discomfort. This allows us to support not just relief, but better everyday movement and performance.
During your sessions, we may use hands-on therapies like myofascial release, joint mobilisation, and nerve techniques to support movement, address limitations, and enhance your overall well-being.
Whether you’re aiming to stay ahead of injuries, bounce back after a setback, or rebuild following surgery, we’re here to guide you through each stage of your journey.

Physiotherapy Techniques We Use
Our local physiotherapy services aim to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore optimal movement. With a comprehensive assessment and hands-on techniques, our physios provide personalised treatment plans designed to improve your well-being.
Based on what your body needs most, your physiotherapist may incorporate a selection of the following treatment techniques:
- Small-group exercise classes
- Massage Therapy
- Acupuncture/dry needling
- Education and exercises for improved breathing
- Therapeutic manual therapy involving massage, manipulation, and stretching
- Support for everyday activities like posture, gait, and home tasks
What happens at a physiotherapy appointment?
When you attend an appointment, you will be asked to engage in some physical movement.
Your physiotherapist will review your records during your initial assessment and get a complete movement/exercise history. We may also review any X-rays and other tests you may have, so please bring any relevant ones along. We will ask you questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and the illness or injury that we are treating.
To assess your movement and function, you’ll be guided through simple activities such as walking or bending. We’ll then talk through a plan suited to your needs.
In follow-up sessions, you’ll typically be guided through specific exercises that are part of your ongoing program to support your recovery and overall wellbeing.
Women's health physiotherapy treatment
Supporting women at all life stages, women’s health physiotherapy focuses on everything from pre and postnatal care to menopause management. Our expertise in female physiology and hormonal health allows us to offer customised solutions for optimal well-being.Â
