How We Deliver Personalised Physiotherapy Care
Rather than simply addressing the symptoms, RedoHealth helps uncover what’s getting in the way of your lifestyle. Our broader approach supports full-body strength and more confident movement.
Using evidence-informed tools like ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™, we evaluate your full body to pinpoint what’s driving your pain or limitations. From there, we tailor care that supports better movement and overall wellbeing.
We incorporate manual therapy during our physiotherapy sessions—including myofascial release, joint and tissue mobilisation, and nerve techniques—to help improve mobility, address imbalances, and support a smoother, more lasting recovery.
Whether it’s avoiding future concerns, managing injury recovery, or regaining movement after surgery, we support you through every phase of care.

What happens at a physiotherapy appointment?
During your appointment, you’ll be guided through some basic physical movements.
During your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will go over your medical records and collect a comprehensive exercise and movement history. If you have any relevant scans or test reports, such as X-rays, we encourage you to bring them. We’ll also discuss your medical background, day-to-day activities, and the condition being treated.
You will likely be asked to walk, bend, and do other simple tasks, which allow us to assess your physical capabilities and limitations. We will then discuss a customised physical therapy program with you.
In follow-up sessions, you’ll typically be guided through specific exercises that are part of your ongoing program to support your recovery and overall wellbeing.
