The RedoHealth Difference in Physio Care
Rather than simply addressing the symptoms, RedoHealth helps uncover what’s getting in the way of your lifestyle. Our broader approach supports full-body strength and more confident movement.
Using evidence-informed tools like ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™, we evaluate your full body to pinpoint what’s driving your pain or limitations. From there, we tailor care that supports better movement and overall wellbeing.
Our physiotherapy care frequently involves manual techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, and nerve manipulation. These approaches are designed to support mobility, reduce restrictions, and promote long-term recovery.
Whether you’re aiming to stay ahead of injuries, bounce back after a setback, or rebuild following surgery, we’re here to guide you through each stage of your journey.

Depending on your unique requirements, your physiotherapist will offer treatments that may include one or more of the following techniques:
- Guided small-group movement sessions
- Massage Therapy
- Acupuncture/dry needling
- Guided breathing techniques and education
- Manual therapy including massage, joint manipulation and stretching
- Practical education for daily function including walking, posture, and home routines
What should I expect when I visit for physiotherapy?
When you attend an appointment, you will be asked to engage in some physical movement.
In your initial assessment, we’ll review your physiotherapy records and assess your movement and exercise history in full. Please bring any relevant imaging, such as X-rays or test results. We’ll also ask questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and the concern we’ll be working with.
To assess your movement and function, you’ll be guided through simple activities such as walking or bending. We’ll then talk through a plan suited to your needs.
In follow-up sessions, you’ll typically be guided through specific exercises that are part of your ongoing program to support your recovery and overall wellbeing.
