🧘♀️Reconnect – A Hatha yoga class: Tuesdays at 12:00PM
These classes aim to enhance the movement of prana (life force) through the body with an emphasis on a flowing and meditative yoga sequence.
🧘♀️Realign – A Hatha Yoga class: Wednesdays at 6:00PM
These classes will focus on postural alignment, building strength and cultivation of the breath
Term 3 2025 starts the week of July 21 and runs for 10 weeks.
