Qigong consists of slow movements paired with controlled breathing, creating a meditative effect to:
➡️ Learn the practice of Qigong with Adam Wiltshire. Similar to Tai Chi, these classes involve standing movements, breathing techniques, and structured routines.

Focus: Shibashi Set 1 and Tai Chi 10 Forms
*Note: Friday classes run over 11 weeks (No class on May 29, 2026).
