Keeping You COVID-Safe

Keeping You COVID-Safe

As Australia starts to open more and more we wanted to give you an update on the measures we have put in place and continue to keep in place to make sure all of our clients at RedoHealth are well taken care of. Your health and safety is of the utmost importance.

It is important to note that we are a low volume clinic with 2-3 therapists in the clinic at any given time. Therefore there is minimal foot traffic.

Physiotherapists have staggered appointment times to reduce patient traffic through the front room. You are encouraged to come right at your appointment time and no earlier. We would appreciate it if you could wait outside if there are people on their way out.

If you are unwell and exhibiting any symptoms (dry cough, fatigue, fever, runny nose) please stay home. We will be doing the same.

Hand sanitiser is provided for you to clean your hands on entry and exit to the clinic.

As Physiotherapists we regularly wash our hands in between each patient and also use hand sanitiser regularly.

Surfaces are being wiped down and sterilised between each patient. This includes, door handles, the EFTPOS terminal, chairs, and the treatment table.

We are no longer using linens or towels in the clinic.

Magazines, water glasses and other communal items have been removed from the waiting area.

We are only running a select few classes and these classes have been reduced in size to account for sufficient social distancing. Clients are asked to bring their own mats, towels and exercise bands.

Keeping You COVID-Safe

We continue to offer Telehealth or online physiotherapy appointments for those unable to come into the clinic.

Keeping You COVID-Safe

In regards to wearing face masks, we are not wearing masks as a rule as it is currently not being recommended. If you would like us to wear a mask we would be comfortable to do so, but you may have to provide the mask.

We look forward to helping you move well and feel better!
