Paul Raptis

Paul Raptis

Paul is an Exercise Physiologist, Athletics Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping people move better, perform at their best, and live healthier lives. His journey into health and fitness became deeply personal after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2009.

Since then, Paul has seen firsthand the transformative power of exercise-not just for managing chronic conditions, but for improving overall quality of life.

Over the years, Paul has worked across some of Sydney’s leading clinics, schools, and sporting programs, collaborating with top practitioners and coaches to deliver evidence-based care. He also works with junior and emerging athletes, applying the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) framework to help shape not only their performance but their long-term relationship with exercise and health.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in High-Performance Sport and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and maintains accreditations in Athletics, Strength & Conditioning, and Exercise Physiology. Outside of work, he enjoys competing in middle- and long-distance running events, sprint triathlons, collecting trading cards, and cheering on the NRL.

Paul is excited to bring his knowledge, experience, and energy to help you achieve your goals-whatever they may be.
