Josh Gillon

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

B App Sci Exercise Physiology

Josh is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellbeing goals through evidence-based exercise interventions. He takes a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to treatment – considering both internal and external factors – to create tailored exercise programs and lifestyle strategies that support each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

His love for exercise began through his lifelong involvement in basketball, and his own experiences with injury sparked a strong interest in rehabilitation and performance. This led him to pursue further study, graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from UNSW.

Outside the clinic, Josh enjoys keeping active in the gym, spending time with family and friends, camping, and riding his dirt bike.
