Jane is passionate about helping people move with freedom and confidence—whether that’s getting back to sport, recovering from pregnancy, or simply keeping up with the demands of an active life.
She takes a whole-body, whole-person approach to care. Rather than focusing only on the painful area, Jane looks at how movement patterns, past injuries, and lifestyle factors interact. This approach is grounded in advanced training with ConnectTherapy™ and the True Whole Body Approach™, where she is proud to be Dr LJ Lee’s Lead Teaching Assistant in Australia.
In 2019, Jane completed her ConnectTherapy™ Certification, becoming one of the first three practitioners in Australia at the time to achieve this level—reflecting both her commitment to advanced clinical practice and her role as a leader in the field. She is also trained in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation, giving her extra tools to support clients through pregnancy, post-partum recovery, and beyond, as well as to design exercise programs that are effective and sustainable.
Jane completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 1997 and has worked in both Sydney and the UK. Earlier in her career, she assisted in teaching manual therapy courses throughout Europe, the UK, and Australia, and combined her love of dance and rehabilitation while working on the TV series So You Think You Can Dance?
Outside of the clinic, Jane loves to stay active herself—running, tennis, Pilates, and long walks with her two dogs all feature heavily in her week. Life is also full with her three teenage kids (including a set of twins), who keep her on her toes with their own busy schedules and their many sporting injuries.
Jane’s Clinic Days: Monday to Thursday
I have a great love for the outdoors, fresh air and fresh food. I start the morning with exercise, meditation and a run with the dogs. My passion lies in helping people get back to doing the things they love to do.
I focus on the Why more than the What – Why did this injury occur?
