Yoga helps tweens and teens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment, and leaving them refreshed and ready for the outside world.

Our Teen Yoga classes aim to reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve fitness and physical health, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Practicing yoga for teens can be an important part of their development by providing the tools which will help them with managing their emotions whilst strengthening and stretching the body.


Classes are gentle and welcoming of all fitness levels with an emphasis on building awareness of the breath and body. Asanas (yoga poses) are practiced at a slower pace with attentions to alignment, awareness, meditation and mindfulness.

Suitable for ages 11-17.
