Clinical Exercise & Considerations for Bone Health

Osteoporosis and Osteopenia affects 2 in 3 Australians over the age of 50.

 

Join us for our special Osteoporosis Workshop – Clinical Exercise & Considerations for Bone Health on Wednesday October 9th at 6pm.

 

In this workshop you will learn:

  • Common causes of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia

  • Key statistics

  • Impact on balance, posture and fracture risk

  • Which exercises are best to do

  • Which exercise to avoid

  • Prevention and Treatment

 

This will be followed by a 45-minute Clinical Exercise class using Pilates-based exercises.
