ABOUT VINNIE

Vinnie discovered Pilates due to an injury and has been hooked ever since.


She then decided to undertake a Certificate IV in Pilates (mat work and reformer) to enable her to learn more about the body, anatomy, posture and movement.


Vinnie's training was based on the 'Evidence Based Pilates' branch. Vinnie enjoys both classical and contemporary Pilates and aims to bring the two worlds together during her class.


She feels it is important that when people come to class they have fun, are challenged and leave with a feeling of accomplishment.


She has a special interest in osteoporosis. It is no surprise that extension based exercises are her favourite - "We spend so much of our time in a day in flexion, at our desk, on our phones, driving, so extension exercises are much needed to maintain good posture".
