A new exercise class at RedoHealth that incorporates yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to help you move, stretch and breathe your way to become more relaxed and less stressed.

This class will be a less intense option than our Restore, Rebuild and Refine classes. A great place for those new to exercise or those wanting to destress and just move!
The class will consist of exercises that flow with a focus on how to combine breath and movement.
