Postpartum Clinical Exercise class to re-train your pelvic floor muscles.

Restore your core after childbirth. Led by our trained Women’s Health Physio, our 8-week post natal class will help you recover your pelvic floor, abdominal and deep lower back muscles and rebuild your strength for motherhood. Babies and prams welcome! 

In our Restore Your Core classes you will:

  1. Restore your abdominals and pelvic floor after childbirth

  2. Repair your rectus diastasis or C-section scar

  3. Rediscover good movement 

  4. Regain your confidence 


Our courses run for 8 weeks


Prior to starting your class, all participants will be assessed for your postural, movement and deep muscle recruitment strategies to identify areas that require specific attention. This allows for your individual differences to be addressed with the appropriate exercises.


Pre-paid bookings are essential - places are limited to 6 students.

Participants may be able to claim the cost of this course with their private health fund.
