CLINICAL EXERCISE CLASSES (Group Physiotherapy Exercise Classes)
*formerly Clinical Pilates
Mat classes at RedoHealth use a combination of strengthening and stretching exercises. A portion of the class with also include standing exercises and the use of small Pilates-type equipment.
Clinical Exercise with a Physiotherapist is great for helping those with neck and back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, those recovering from spinal surgery and for those recovering from an injury or looking to prevent injury.
In our Mat Clinical Exercise classes you will:
Rebuild strength of postural muscles
Reduce muscle tension in chronically tight areas.
Reconnect with your deep muscular system effectively and efficiently (core)
Recover from injury
Reduce your risk of future injury.
Our courses run for 10 weeks
Prior to starting your class, all NEW participants will be assessed for your postural and movement strategies to identify areas that require specific attention. This allows for your individual differences to be addressed with the appropriate exercises.
Pre-paid bookings are essential - places are limited to a max 7 students.

Missed and make-up classes:
We are not a designated Pilates studio with a large class timetable. We run 9-10 Clinical Exercise classes per week so space is limited. We always will do out best to offer a make-up class, but these are subject to availability. We ask that you let us know in advance if you are unable to attend so that we can offer others the opportunity to make-up classes. In turn you will benefit when others do the same. Missed classes with no notice are forfeited.
Our classes are designed to completed on a term basis, attending your selected class once/week. We understand and appreciate that this is not always possible for everyone and where we can we will always try to accomodate you and your schedule. Part-terms are charged at a drop-in class rate of $28/class. Priority is given to those booking a full term.
