A breathing re-training method for re-establishing a baseline diaphragmatic breathing pattern using the nose. Aims to restore optimal breathing at rest before integrating into different postures, movement and exercise. Aims to balance activity between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Useful in acute and chronic pain conditions, asthma and anxiety.
